- The set of plans that you purchase will need to be reviewed by a local design professional to meet jurisdictual code and compliance. Different areas will require different structural elements for compliance that meet the area that you intend to build in.
- Alterations:
- Can be accommodated, revision fees will depend upon the extent of the alterations.
- Plan Cost:
- This is our cost for a working set of digital plans. Upon payment, you will receive (based on the description of the Data Sheet), a set of .PDF & .DWG format files. These files will allow you to print and alter to your area’s code and compliance. Please review this sample set of plans, as this is the blueprint for what you are purchasing.
- Contact Us:
- You can contact us for any questions pertaining to your house that you have chosen. The plans you receive are drawn by Beautiful House Design Company. We do not solicit plans from other sources. All designs are done in-house. This ensures that the constituency of the designs are all the same.
